At Jamy Vitalify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility
We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items returned after 30 days
• Digital products once downloaded

How to Request a Refund
Email us at vitality.life.tw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
